Being a mother

I have been a mother now for 4 weeks, WOW is it exhausting, but the most amazing adventure.  My beautiful baby girl, Ava Paisley, was born on May 30, 2008.  She is why I decided to become apart of the blogger world.  I hope to encourage, inspire, and motivate other moms and women to live a healthy life, for themselves and their families.
